SCES volunteers deliver meals on Thanksgiving

Meals and Nutrition

Somerville-Cambridge Elder Services nutrition programs strive to make healthy eating easy, appetizing, and affordable.

Our programs have been supporting food security in our community since 1973, providing hot meals that fulfill federal dietary requirements. Roughly half of older adults are at risk for malnutrition, and we are proud to provide food and information to help maintain health.

We offer the following programs with no out-of-pocket costs for eligible Cambridge and Somerville residents age 60 and up.  Click below to learn more or call 617-628-2601 or email info@eldercare.org.
