Somerville-Cambridge Elder Services (SCES) is providing free transportation for local older adults to the Somerville Mayoral Forum on Thursday, Aug. 5.
The forum is presented jointly by SCES and VNA Senior Living Communities. The candidates will discuss issues of interest to older adults from 4:30 to 6:30 at the new VNA Senior Living at 186 Highland Avenue.
Fully vaccinated Somerville residents are invited to attend. Masks are mandatory. Seating is limited; RSVP by emailing info@vnaem.org.
To arrange a ride, call the SCES Transportation line at 617-440-0995 before noon on Thursday, Aug. 5.
The forum is also being livestreamed by the Somerville Media Center, and can be watched live through the Somerville Media Center Facebook page or on SCATV Channel 3.
