Nutritional Counseling
Nutrition Counseling is a free program that provides education and counseling from a registered dietitian in community settings and in resident homes.
Our dietitian helps individuals develop health and nutrition goals that best meet their specific needs and help prevent or control diseases, such as heart disease, diabetes, hypertension, and kidney disease.
This program is open to Cambridge and Somerville residents age 60 and over.
Nutrition Supplements
We offer Ensure supplement drinks at a low cost for those who cannot obtain all of their needed calories through food. Payments can be made by cash or check. Drinks are available for pickup or delivery. Delivery is free for those receiving SCES services, or $2.50 per order for non-clients. To order, call 617-628-2601.
