Join the Somerville-Cambridge Elder Services (SCES) Nutrition team for a series of nutrition check-up events in May!
Attendees will have a chance to fill out a nutrition questionnaire and learn if they are at risk for malnutrition. The SCES Nutrition team will share resources and will provide next steps for those who might be at risk. Each event will include a raffle for participants, giveaways, and a free meal!
