We offer Meals on Wheels and other nutrition programs to help older adults and younger people with disabilities remain healthy and independent at home.
Protective Services

Protective Services

Elder Protective Services works to alleviate abuse or neglect of older adults (60 and older), working with elders, their family, and other community agencies.

Referrals

Somerville-Cambridge Elder Services accepts online referrals from providers for the Home Care and Adult Family Care programs.
